Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients over 18 years of age 2. patients undergoing pacemaker implantation for sinus failure syndrome complicated with atrial fibrillation 3. patients with a P wave width of 120 ms or greater as measured by 12-lead ECG 4. Persons who have obtained consent for participation in this study by signing a consent form by themselves or by a proxy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with persistent atrial fibrillation 2.Patients predicted to be dependent on ventricular pacing 3.Patients with severe left ventricular systolic dysfunction (LVEF <40%) 4.atients with a history of open heart surgery 5.Other patients deemed unsuitable by the principal investigator (subinvestigator)
