Participants with stiff neck and shoulder were received LED-light acupuncture and moxibustion at the chien ching.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants over 20 years old. 2. Participants with stiff neck and shoulder. 3. Participants who are given a written consent for participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with cervical spine disease (e.g.,cervical sprain, disc herniation, facet arthropathy, cervical sprain). 2. Paticipants receiving medical treatment for stiff neck and shoulder by a physician. 3. Participants using pouultice bandage or receiving medical therapy or acupuncture and moxibustion or massage. 4. Participants with skin disorder at the treatment site. 5. Participants who are judged to be inappropriate for enrollment in this study by the investigator .
