Multiple sclerosis,Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder,Parkinson's disease(including doubt)

Interventions

Subject are randomly divided 2 group(intervention or sham) and stimulated by Transcranial direct current(1.0-2.0 mA) with the rehabilitation(ROM-ex, Muscle strength-ex etc).
