Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All pediatric liver disease patients, including healthy controls.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who disagreed participating in this study.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Relationship between liver and splenic stiffness measured by SWE and autologous liver survival rate in patients with pediatric liver disease.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Diagnostic capability of SWE for biliary atresia(BA). Diagnosis of existence of esophageal gastric varices from the measured value of SWE at fixed points and the rate of change over time, appearance of new lesions and prediction of bleeding, other portal hypertension, cholangitis, hepato-pulmonary syndrome etc. For liver fibrosis, correlation between measured parameters and liver biopsy results and blood data. Difference in measured values of measured SWE and measured values in the awake state and sedation state.
