Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First stroke in the cerebral hemisphere patients 2. Written informed consent 3. Without shoulder and elbow joint fractures or pain 4. Ability to maintain sitting position

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe aphasia 2. Disorder of consciousness
