Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. a Japanese male 20 years of age or older 2. who have given their consent to this study by signing the consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 .Those whose laboratory values are not within the range of 0.5 times the lower limit or 1.5 times the upper limit of the reference value. 2. Those who are using pharmaceuticals, foods for specified health use, health foods, etc. 3. Smokers and those who consume an average of 20g/day or more of pure alcohol on a daily basis 4. Those who have a history of major surgery on the digestive organs such as resection or suture of the gastrointestinal tract (except for appendectomy) 5. Those with drug or food allergies 6. Those who participate in other studies or who have completed another study within 4 weeks 7. Those who are judged to be inappropriate by the principal investigator (subinvestigator)
