| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The percentage of cases in which MEPs in trapezius muscle in cervical spine cases, deltoid muscle in thoracolumbar spine, and abductor digiti minimi muscle in thoracolumbar spine did not decrease by 70% or more in the control MEP amplitude and the operation was started under desflurane anesthesia and the operation was completed | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Anesthesia-related items included differences in MEP derivation, amplitude, and latency for each muscle, time from the end of surgery to extubation, from the supine position to extubation, and from the end of surgery to leaving the operating room, drug costs during this period, the incidence of postoperative paralysis, and the proportion of cases showing MEP recovery after resumption of propofol. | — |
