Experimental group: inject 0.2ml Mano particle(10mg/ml) solution into periodontal pockets with syringe connected of 30G blunt needle. Contorol group: inject 0.2ml sterile distilled water into periodo

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Healthy adults with periodontal disease as follows, 1) who have single-root teeth with over 5mm residual pockets depth. 2) who have stable occulusion. (2) Patients aged from 20 to 85 years old at registration. (3) Patients who have written informed content to participate in this study for 2 consecutive weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who have taken antibiotics within the last 3 months. (2) Patients with diabetes. (3) Patients who have taken or taking anticancer drugs within 6 months. (4) Patients with a history of allergy to indocyanine green. (5) Patients with a history of allergy to crustaceans. (6) Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or may or may be pregnant.
