Interventions

Tranexamic acid group: tranexamic acid 250mg*3/day given on day1 to 30 after EVAR. Non Tranexamic acid group: Do not give any additional drugs.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who undergo first bifurcated stent graft treatment for abdominal aortic aneurysm and iliac artery aneurysm at Aichi Medical University Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patents who cannot take internal medicine.
