Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 20-42 years old women with semi- or bi- lateral ovarian endometrioma more than 4cm diameter.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of hormonal treatment, ovarian operation, malignant tumor, polycystic ovarian syndorome
