Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Systemic sclerosis 2) Reflux esophagitis 3) Diabetes Mellitus 4) Post-gastrointestinal surgery 5) Evaluation of ileus and recovery period 6) Other diseases causing gastrointestinal transit disorder

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant females Stops breastfeeding 24 hours after the examination

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Gastrointestinal transit pattern is quantified by time radioactivity curve and functional image.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Gastric emptying time is evaluated by the rate of radioactivity and half-emptying time. Passage rate through the small intestine and lower gastrointestinal tract is assessed by the index which is calculated by weighting movement count for each digestivel tract.
