Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Systemic sclerosis 2) Reflux esophagitis 3) Diabetes Mellitus 4) Post-gastrointestinal surgery 5) Evaluation of ileus and recovery period 6) Other diseases causing gastrointestinal transit disorder

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant females Stops breastfeeding 24 hours after the examination

Measure	Time frame
Gastrointestinal transit pattern is quantified by time radioactivity curve and functional image.	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
Gastric emptying time is evaluated by the rate of radioactivity and half-emptying time. Passage rate through the small intestine and lower gastrointestinal tract is assessed by the index which is calculated by weighting movement count for each digestivel tract.	—
