Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy adults over 20 years old. 2.For this research, those who obtained consent by signing the consent form by himself / herself. 3.Persons who are negative for anti-H. pylori IgG antibody, have not used the drugs in the past month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Persons who have a history of heart disease. 2.Persons with severe liver disease(AST:over 100 U/L). 3.Persons with severe kidney disease(Serum creatinine:over 1.3 mg/dl). 4.Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant. 5.A lactating women. 6.Those with upper gastrointestinal disorder, or those with a history. 7.H. pylori positive persons. 8.Those using drugs. 9.Smokers. 10.Those judged unsuitable by researcher or responsible responsibility sharing doctor.
