Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients (aged 18 years or older) who undergo living donor kidney transplantation at Shonan Kamakura General Hospital and have provided written informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe intra-abdominal adhesions 2. Patients deemed unable to tolerate general anesthesia based on preoperative evaluation by an anesthesiologist 3. Patients diagnosed with serious infections such as active tuberculosis or systemic infections 4. Women who are pregnant or may be pregnant 5. Patients with mental or psychological conditions that make voluntary participation difficult 6. Cases deemed inappropriate by the principal investigator due to safety concerns or scientific vaidity of the study
