Interventions

Patients will be assigned to single group. The first ATP therapy utilizes iATP and the second ATP therapy utilizes burst pacing (88%, 8 beats, 10 msec attenuation per sequence) .

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patinets, aged over 18 years old, who undergo ICD implantation or generator exchange at Tokai University Hospital and other institutes are included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients aged <18 years old, who refuse or unable to obtain consent to participate the study due to dementia or disturbance of consciousness, and are considered to be not eligible to paticipate the study by the investigators are excluded.
