Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients who are currently pregnant or may be pregnant. (2)Patients who cannot move to the X-ray room on their own. (3)Patients who cannot catch their breath. (4)Patients who are judged to be inappropriate by the investigator and the investigator. (5)Patients who cannot perform contrast-enhanced CT or dynamic X-ray due to some postoperative complications

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Agreement between diagnostic results of pulmonary embolism on contrast-enhanced CT and pulmonary blood flow mapping images.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
(1)Comparison of presence of pulmonary embolus between PH-mode and D-dimer. (2)Comparison of pulmonary blood flow before and after surgery. Investigation of the effects of surgery other than pulmonary embolism. (3)Differences between the results of PH-mode with and without the addition of the cardiac region. In addition, a comparison with contrast-enhanced CT is included.
