Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients and their families who were diagnosed by a psychiatrist to have problems using smartphones and had SAS-SV (31 points for men and 33 points for women) 2. Those with the consent of the family (parental authority) and the patient. 3. Those from junior high school to under 20 at the time of participation in the research. (Including those who turn 20 during follow-up)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who do not have a smartphone compatible with the app (Android: ver8.0 or higher, iOS: ver12.0 or higher)
