Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient suspected of having PTE with d-Dimer positive and no typical symptoms of PTE, Patient suspected of having PTE with typical symptoms of PTE 2. Patient scheduled to take a contrast-enhanced CT for the diagnosis of PTE 3. Age>=20 years old 4. Written informed consent

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the diagnostic performance of PTE by ROC analysis between the results diagnosed by medical experts with the aid of reading X-ray fluoroscopic images by Radwisp and the results diagnosed by the principal investigator or sub-investigator by reading contrast-enhanced CT.

1) To compare the diagnostic performance of PTE by the following items by ROC analysis between the results diagnosed by medical experts with the aid of reading X-ray fluoroscopic images by Radwisp and the results diagnosed by the principal investigator or sub-investigator by reading contrast-enhanced CT. 1.D-Dimer 2.Soluble fibrin 3.severity of PTE (PESI score, sPESI score) 4.complication (presence or absence of respiratory disease) 2)Exploratory observation of changes in fluoroscopic images 30 days after diagnosis of pulmonary thromboembolism using Radwisp.
