Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with heart failure to meet the diagnostic criteria of Framingham and also meet the below. Patients with heart failure (age 20 to 80, exclusive of age 80) Patients with heart failure (NYHA class below III) Patients scheduled for coronary angiography Signed written informed consent obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have allergy for the drugs we plan to use Patients with AVB Patients with ACS Patients with heart failure due to factors other than the heart Pregnant, unwilling to practice contraception during the study, or lactating female Patients with AF or AFL Patients who have stenosis in iliac artery, superficial femoral artery or popliteal artery (ABI below 0.9) Patients significantly ADL has decreased Patients who were judged inappropriate by the doctor in charge
