Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who meet all of the following criteria will be eligible for the study. 1) Males aged 20 to 60 years. 2) Individuals who have given written consent to participate in this study. 3) Individuals who fall into one or more of the following categories a to c. a. No exercise habits. The National Nutrition Survey defines an exercise habit as "someone who exercises at least twice a week for at least 30 minutes for at least a year," and individuals who do not fall into this category are considered to be those who do not meet this criteria. b. BMI of 25 kg/m2 or higher. There is no upper limit. c. Waist circumference of 85 cm or higher. There is no upper limit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with diabetes with HbA1c >= 7% Subjects under drug treatment for diabetes Subjects with severe constipation
