Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Japanese 2. Male or female 3. Subjects aged 20 or more 4. Subjects whose hemoglobin is less than 12 g/dL, total iron-binding capacity is 360 ug/dL or more, and ferritin is less than 12 ng/mL 5. Subjects who have been diagnosed with iron-deficiency anemia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who have a fitness habit 2. Subjects who are judged as ineligible to participate in the study by the physician 3. Subjects who cannot receive the intervention on the planned date

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. The proportion of subjects whose hemoglobin is 12 g/dL or more after the intervention 2. The proportion of subjects whose total iron-binding capacity is less than 360 ug/dL after the intervention 3. The proportion of subjects whose ferritin is 12 ng/mL or more after the intervention

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. The measured values of hemoglobin, total iron-binding capacity, and ferritin at 8, 16 and 24 weeks after the start of the intervention
