Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Healthy adult women from 20 to 48 y.o. (2) Subjects whose bust cup sizes are categorized in the range from A to C (3) Subjects who eat meals more than twice a day (4) Subjects who can engage themselves in the assigned self-massage everyday for the whole test period
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Subjects whose BMI scores are over 30 or under 20 (2) Subjects who have ever taken any medical cosmetic treatments (ie, breast augmentation, hyaluronic acid injection) around the assessment areas, or are planning to take those during the test periiod (3) Subjects who have ever taken any esthetic treatments or practices around the assessment areas in the last 4 weeks before the commencement, or are planning to take those during the test period (4) Subjects who have changed their supplements or cosmetics which might affect the assessment areas in the last 4 weeks before the commencement, or are planning to newly start using those during the test period
