Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patient diagnosed as pseudomyxoma peritonei 2)Patient aged from 20 to 80 years 3)Patient with ECOG performance status of 0 or 1 4)Patient who signed and submitted an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient who has a history of porphyria or photodermatosis 2)Patient who has a history of allergy with porphyrin 3)Patient who has drugs which are liable to induce photodermatosis 4)Patient who is considered by the investigator to be unsuitable for enrollment.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value of examination for minute peritoneal disseminated nodules from origin using photodynamic diagnosis with 5-ALA.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1) Sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value of examination for laerge or negative peritoneal disseminated nodules from origin using photodynamic diagnosis with 5-ALA. 2) feasibility (side effect which is obviously related with 5-ALA)
