Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A patient with biopsy-proven chronic antibody-mediated rejection (CAMR) with positive donor-specific anti-HLA antibodies. 2. A patient which was resistant to the standard care of treatment for CAMR. 3. eGFR of patients > 30ml/min/1.73m2 4. A patient who willing to attend this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A patient with severe infection 2. A patient with active tuberculosis 3. A patient with malignancy 4. A patient having allergy to tocillizumab 5. A patient with severe complication which may affect the outcome of this study. 6. A patient with pregnancy
