Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteer in medial knee osteoarthritis with Kellgren-Lawrence classification stage 2-4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteer with including severe renal disorder,with talking parathyroid hormone, magnesium,supplements and osteoporosis

Questionnaires on subjective symptoms (Health-related QOL SF-36, Japanese Orthopedic Surgery Association, Functional Assessment Scale for Osteoarthritis Patients (JKOM), Motor Function (Grip strength, Quadriceps muscle strength, Performance test:(Timed-Single-Leg-Standing test, 10 meter walking test)

Presence or absence of side effects due to long term oral administration:Liver function (AST, ALT,rGTP), Renal function(BUN, Cr),Ca,P,ALP,UA Serum levels of hs-CRP,25(OH)VD,TGF-beta,Ca. Whole body DEXA (Bone density, muscle mass) X-ray (standing AP and MTP view) and MRI of knee joint
