Interventions

1g of Whey peptide, 70 mg of matured hop bitter acids or placebo per day for every 3 months. Participant intake all 3 kinds of tablets containing test sample in crossover. 1) 0, 3, 6, 9 months post ad
ADAS-Jcog, MMSE, POMS2 Blood collections (Inflammatory marker including IL-6, ApoE, TNF-alpha, sTNF-R1, sTNF-R2, IL-1beta, IL-12, BDNF, IGF-I) 2) 3 months post administration. SPECT

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meeting the clinical criteria for Alzheimer's disease according to NINCDS-ADRDA, and features of brain MRI examination and brain blood flow of Single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT), and 17~23 of MMSE score

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Meeting the following criteria 1) Sever cognitive impairment and no comprehensive 2) Allergy for the milk protein 3) Chronic inflammatory disease including kidney failure and collagenosis 4) Obesity in medium degree (BMI over 30) 5) Smoker or heavy alcohol drinker
