Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of NAFLD (non-alcoholic fatty liver disease), non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, or cirrhosis, including a history of NASH-related liver cancer based on histology or imaging. 2. Patients who can undergo regular blood and imaging tests once during the follow-up period (including three times if the follow-up period is three years, and five times if it is five years). 3. Patients aged 18 years or older at the time of consent. 4. Patients who have provided written consent fortrial participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are suffering from liver diseases other than NAFLD (non-alcoholic fatty liver disease), such as viral hepatitis or drug-induced fatty liver, and untreated hypothyroidism. 2. Male patients with an average daily alcohol consumption of 60 grams or more, or female patients with an average daily alcohol consumption of 50 g rams or more in the past 12 months. 3. Patients whom the principal investigator or co-investigator has deemed unsuitable for participation in this study
