Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Mandibular condyle head fracture 2. dislocation type fracture 3. PS=0/1 4. range of 18~70 years old 5. male and female 6. Patients agree with informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)patients with diabetes and blood diseases (2)patients with TMD suspected by medical consultation (3)patients take steroids and immunosuppressant (4)patients join other research (5)patients are judged as not suitable for research by dentists (6)patients with allergy (7)psychiatric patient
