Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with histologically proven head and neck cancer and cervical lymph node metastases (N1~3) (2) patients who will undergo neck dissection (3) A written informed consent is obtained from the patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients whose tumor invading neck tissue (2) inappropriate patients who can not be joined this study by thier doctor's opinion
