Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The thrombotic microangiopathy patients whose physician presume that plasma exchange is effective.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients deemed inappropriate by the study director.

Changes in platelet counts before and after cPED

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Incidence of adverse events. 2. Changes in blood test data before and after cPED. 3. Changes in severity assessment scores before and after cPED. 4. Number of days in ICU. 5. 28-day survival or discharge survival.
