Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who need to undergo colonoscopy, because of positive fecal immunochemical test or surveillance after polypectomy with at least one-year interval.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of colorectal resection, patients referred for polypectomy, patients with known polyps, hereditary diseases e.g., Lynch syndrome and familial adenomatous polyposis, inflammatory disease, patients receiving antithrombotic therapy, melanosis coli, poor general status, female patients with pregnancy/possible pregnancy/postpartum within 28 days/lactating, psychiatric disorder or patients unable to participate due to psychiatric symptom.
