Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Maternal age: 18 years old and over, under 50 years old 2) 50 healthy women without complications 3) 50 pregnant women who are planning to deliver at our department.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: If not gain consent
