Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective surgery of following diseases 1. esophageal, gastric and colon cancer 2. angina pectoris and valvular heart disease 3. lung cancer 4. osteoarthritis of the hip and knee
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who did not give consent to participate in this study 2.Insufficient understanding due to dementia, etc. 3. Impossibility to carry out the exercise 4. Dysphagia 5. Milk constituent or apple allergy 6. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus requiring preoperative hospitalization for blood glucose control 7. Active inflammation and infection 8. Pregnancy 9. Immunosuppressive drug or steroid use 10. Patients under 20 years of age at the time of enrollment 11. Judgment that it is inappropriate by the doctor
