Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with refractory depression diagnosed by psychiatrists

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who has allergy to ketamine 2, patients who are diagnosed with glaucoma or high pressure of increased intracranial pressure
