Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Medial compartmental unilateral osteoarthritis (KL grades 0, 1, 2) with tenderness in the medial joint space (2)Chronic knee pain more than three months (3)No traumatic episode with affected knee joint (4)40 years and older (5)Medial meniscus tear or degenerative change in MRI or ultrasonography (6)Have good systemic condition (7)Other,the investigator believes makes him/her suitable for participation in this clinical study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with malignant tumors or a history. (2) Surgical history of the affected knee and knee joint injection performed within the past 3 months. (3) Patients with mental disorders, during pregnancy, drug dependence, or those unable to communicate their intentions (4) Pregnancy, breastfeeding, or possibility of pregnancy. (5) Other,the investigator believes makes him/her unsuitable for participation in the clinical study.
