Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Thumb carpometacarpal joint osteoarthritis. 2) Thumb carpometacarpal joint osteoarthritis for whom pain relief is expected. 3) Have good systemic condition. 4) Number of platelet is over 1x10^5 /microliter. 5) 18 years and older. 6) Other,the investigator believes makes him/her suitable for participation in this clinical study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Have a history of Complicate malignant tumor. 2) Patients with other osteoarthritis of the hand on the same side as the thumb carpometacarpal joint osteoarthritis. 3) Patients with malignant tumor, precancerous lesion, or findings suspected of these on the same side as thumb carpometacarpal joint osteoarthritis. 4) Under 18 years of old. 5) Pregnancy, during breastfeeding, or possibility of pregnancy. 6) Other,the investigator believes makes him/her unsuitable for participation in the clinical study.

MeasureTime frame
Evaluation of the safety of regenerative medical technology using the cell processing products. If below (1) or (2) occurs, at that point we will consider whether to continue enrollment in the study, treatment, or whole study. (1) If one or more adverse events grade 3 or higher of the Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events suspected to be related to the provision of regenerative medicine v5.0 Japanese translation JCOG version (abbreviation: CTCAE v5.0 -JCOG) occur. (2) In accordance with the Act on Securing the Safety of Regenerative Medicine, etc., if a "disease, injury, death, or infectious disease suspected to be caused by the provision of regenerative medicine, etc., listed in the regenerative medicine provision plan" occurs.
