Inclusion criteria: # Patients with Severe PAD (Peripheral Arterial Disease) # 20<= Age <=80 # informed consent

Exclusion criteria: # A past 3 months or current history of alcoholism or drug dependence # A past 5 years or current history of malignant disease # Untreated diabetic retinopathy # No informed consent # Others
