Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with New York Heart Association (NHYA) functional class II or III. (2) Patients able to perform the cardiopulmonary exercise test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with past or current medical history of persistent ventricular tachycardia or ventricular fibrillation. (2) Patients with persistent or permanent atrial fibrillation. (3) Patients with past or current medical history of coronary artery disease.
