Inclusion criteria: * ESA naive patients * Hemoglobin level of => 8.0 g/dL and < 10.0 g/dL

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with poorly controlled hypertension Patients with congestive heart failure or unstable angina Patients with malignancy
