Inclusion criteria: Consecutive Participants: Participants who have completed the 15-week treatment in the preceding study (A phase 3 clinical trial of duloxetine in patients with osteoarthritis) New Participants: Participants meet the ACR criteria for idiopathic osteoarthritis of the knee. And et al.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants having a confounding painful condition that may interfere with assessment of the joint. And et al.
