Inclusion criteria: Consecutive Participants: Participants who have completed the 15-week treatment in the preceding study (A phase 3 clinical trial of duloxetine in patients with chronic low back pain) New Participants: Participants with chronic low back pain present on 6 months or longer. Exclusion criteria: Participants having primary painful condition due to other than chronic low back pain. And et al.
