Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Histologically confirmed stage III gastric cancer after D2 lymph node resection by a standard procedure with a diagnosis of R0.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Lack of complete recovery from the effects of major surgery - History of treatment other than surgery for the underlying disease - Serious hypersensitivity to fluoropyrimidine or platinum compounds, etc.
