Inclusion criteria: Main inclusion criteria 1. Patients who completed the phase 2 open-label study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Main exclusion criteria 1. Patients whose therapy evaluation in the phase 2 open-label study was progressive disease, or patients who got worse in obvious at end of administration. 2. Patients who withdrew from the phase 2 open-label study.
