Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to intensive care unit after surgery who need respiration management under intubation and sedation. 2. Preoperative ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) classification I~III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need muscle relaxant after admission to intensive care unit. 2. Severe patients with possibility of dying within 24 hours after admission to intensive care unit.
