Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Histologically confirmed stage II or III gastric cancer after D2 lymph node dissection by a standard procedure with a diagnosis of R0.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of complete recovery from the effects of major surgery, History of treatment other than surgery for the underlying disease, Serious hypersensitivity to fluoropyrimidine or platinum compounds, etc.
