Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: [1] Are >=18 years of age. [2] Have had chronic plaque Ps (based on the disease diagnostic criteria for Ps vulgaris) for at least 6 months prior to entry. [3] Are candidates for systemic therapy and/or phototherapy. [4] Have involvement of at least 12% of their body surface area (BSA) at the time of entry. [5] Have a PASI score of at least 12 at the time of entry. [6] Have an sPGA score of at least 3 at the time of entry. [7] Are willing and able to give written informed consent.
