Inclusion criteria: Subjects with surgically unsalvageable Giant Cell Tumor of Bone or with surgically salvageable Giant Cell Tumor of Bone whose planned surgical procedure resulting in severe morbidity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Currently receiving other specific treatment for Giant Cell Tumor of Bone
