Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Histologically proven squamous cell carcinoma (2) Primary lesion located at oropharynx, hypopharynx, or larynx (3) Unresectable locally advanced head and neck cancer (4) ECOG performance status (PS) :0-1 (5) Calculated creatinine clearance > 25 mL/min, < 60 mL/min
