Inclusion criteria: -Histologically or cytologically proven pancreatic adenocarcinoma or adenosquamous carcinoma -ECOG performance status (PS) :0-1 -Metastatic disease with measurable lesion based on RECIST criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Prior treatment with chemotherapy or radiotherapy -Synchronous or metachronous cancer -Serious concomitant disease
