Inclusion criteria: 1. 20 years or older of age 2. Inpatient 3. Low cardiac function patients 4. Atrial fibrillation and/or Atrial flutter patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who needs cardioversion 2. Patients who has a pacemaker or a cardiac defibrillator
