Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Plantar fasciitis diagnosed patients -Duration of symptom>=12 weeks -VAS scale >=4cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -local injection or steroid topical treatment within 2 weeks from the first administration -Patient who has acute period symptom from operation on injury or foot of sprain or fracture of foot -Patient who has risk of infection by test drug injection
